How do I get a refund for a ZO. service?

If you cancel outside 24 hours of the scheduled event, you be automatically refunded via the findyourzo app. However, if you cancel within 24 hours, you maintain the charge.  Either way, we have the ability to manually refund. Please let us know the name, date and circumstance of your request and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that cancelling via the findyourzo app or website is of the highest priority as there may be someone on the waitlist looking to fill your spot!
